At BondUs, we value your privacy and your right to control your personal data. In compliance with Google Play's Data Safety policies, we provide a straightforward way for you to request the deletion of your account and all associated data.

What happens when you delete your account?

  • Your profile information (name, bio, photos) will be permanently deleted.
  • All your chat history and messages will be removed from our servers.
  • Your account settings and preferences will be wiped.
  • Any active subscriptions or credits will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.
  • This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to Request Deletion

Via the App

The fastest way to delete your account is through the BondUs mobile app:

  1. Open the BondUs app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap on Account
  4. Select Delete Account
  5. Confirm your request

Via Email Support

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion via email:
